- Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): The purpose of this research is to to see how the activity of the handling of a waif diuptd , social institution of hope samarinda research focus lens to physical and health guidance , social guidance , counseling .This used the qualitative descriptive a thesis .The technique of the data collection was done with observation techniques , interview , and documentation , obtained from the uptd arsip- archives are safe from the social institution of hope samarinda .The research results show that physical and health guidance , social guidance , counseling is weak optimally conducted by because it is still in there is a shortage of the implementation is still less than optimal and participation of the participation of children and staff in staf- institution and still inadequate facilities and teaching staff and instructors to train children inside the uptd social institution of the city samarinda
